Wonderful stay, as always. Fairly clean hotel with helpful and really caring staff and a good value. Location just off the shops and markets, town/ Maya shopping centre, and the restaurant. New-fashioned & neat room, cable channels, a mini fridge bar, tea and coffee making equipment in there. Good bed and fairly clean bathroom.

The room was reasonably large with a safe box, multi-channel television and a mini bar fridge.

Really amazing overall experience. Really caring staff, excellent services, and favourable location near the centre and Wintree and city center. New building and rooms with nice decoration. Hypo-allergenic pillows, very comfy bed.

It was in an incredible location with a national museum nearby. Shopping centers and a bazaar were right next door.

Though I greatly enjoyed the place, some of the staff were not very friendly.

The staff were really caring and qualified and the location was the best to the centre of Chaing Mai. And it was also just next door to Maya mall, the bar / restaurant, and city center...

Property was great modern, I really enjoyed the stay.

The stay was nice. The hotel was the best base for enjoying a safe area, very close to Maya mall and Nimman road, the Maya plaza and Wintree. The location was incredible for walking around a national museum.

The resort exceeded our expectations in every way - from the serene and uncrowded pools to the unbelievably comfortable and spacious bed. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous bathroom kit, complete with a shaving razor and balm. The free buffet breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The overall cleanliness and good vibes of the room made us feel right at home. While the location was a bit further from the city center, the taxi rides were worth it for the tranquil atmosphere. We highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and ENJOYABLE stay.

The room was amazing, spacious with a mini bar on each level and very clean. The staff was kind and friendly, always willing to help. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of choices that catered to all dietary requirements. , the direct access to the pool from the first floor was a plus, my kids enjoyed it a lot!

The hotel was a bit far from the attractions and shopping areas, which required a taxi ride of 15 to 20 minutes each way. The street near the hotel was a bit noisy, so it might take time to get used to if you are looking for a tranquil stay.

Our group of friends had a fun time exploring the beautiful attractions nearby. We also enjoyed the spacious and newly furnished rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast was a great highlight, with a good mix of local and Western options. We loved the impressive gym and pool that provided an opportunity to relax and keep fit.

We found a few hygiene issues with certain parts of the hotel.

The breakfast at the hotel was amazing with a wide variety of delicious food options. The three small swimming pools and the gym were a great addition to my stay, allowing me to relax and stay active during my time at the hotel. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable, providing a perfect space to unwind after a long day of exploring.

The location of the hotel, as it was next to a busy road and there weren't many restaurants or grocery stores nearby, making it a bit inconvenient. Another issue was the noise from outside the hotel, with loud groups of travelers often congregating by the pool area and being disruptive late into the evening.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The indoor swimming pool was perfect, and I enjoyed lounging on the sun terrace with beach umbrellas and sun loungers. The room was spacious and elegantly designed with private facilities. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast, and in-room breakfast was also available upon request. The service from the staff was impeccable, always going above and beyond to fulfill my needs. Additionally, the location advantages offered a quiet and peaceful stay.

The only minor issue was the lack of a bar/lounge area. It would have been nice to have a place to relax and enjoy a drink after a long day of activities.
